Sarah L. O'Donnell is the principal and founding attorney of Praedium Law Group, LLC. Sarah formed PLG as a result of her desire to provide realtors and their clients the utmost levels of care and professionalism from the beginning to the end of a transaction and beyond the closing table.
Sarah earned her Juris Doctor and Real Estate LL.M. from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in History from the University of Illinois Urbana - Champaign. While attending law school, Sarah was a legal intern for both the Fair Housing Legal Support Center and Clinic at John Marshall Law School and the Cook County Circuit Courts in the Mortgage Foreclosure Division.
Prior to attending law school Sarah was actively involved in the Chicago real estate industry. Obtaining her Broker's license in 2010, Sarah's understanding of the brokerage side of a real estate transaction allows her to bring a unique perspective and sensitivity to clients. Her real estate experience throughout the years compels her to see a real estate transaction through the eyes of the Purchaser, the Seller, the Broker and the Lender. Envisioning the big picture assists Sarah in encouraging all parties on the side of the transaction which she represents to work cohesively and effectively to ensure a smooth path to closing.
Sarah believes strongly in the values of authenticity, honesty, and integrity and approaches each transaction holding these core values as a priority.
